CORE is seeking a full-time Title Commitment & Policy Typist. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience or more. The Title Commitment & Policy Typist will be an integral of the South Jersey team.

Job Requirements

• Efficiently and effectively type the policy documents
• Work closely with the Title Examiner to meet the requirements to be included in the Title Commitment and prepare the policies
• Answer inbound telephone calls regarding Title Commitments
• Maintain proper record keeping practices to keep documentation organized

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Minimum of 1 year experience in the title insurance production industry
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent typing accuracy
• Strong attention to detail
